Member Registration Form

As it appears on your enrolment record — this is the name that goes on your pass and on anything the club signs for you.

Type just your username — we add @ortigas-cainta.sti.edu.ph for you. Every sign-in code is sent there, so use the inbox you can actually open.

The number on your STI ID card — digits only, and no letters. Typing it in groups the way it is printed is fine: we take the spaces and dashes out and store the digits. It has to be yours: one student number can only be registered once.

The section you are enrolled in this year.

Type your section name.

Select your class: Munchkin (Front-end / Layout Artists), Cipher (Back-end Specialists), or Prober (Data Analysts & Documentation).

Optional. The club uses it to greet you on the day. Only the day and month are ever shown to other members, never the year, so nobody reads your age off the roster.

Leaving this blank is the normal choice. Every account signs in with a code emailed to its STI address whether or not it has a password, so setting one only gives you a second way in. At least 6 characters if you do, and you can add or change it later from your dashboard.
